Letter from Ryan Gravel regarding the future of the Beltline

IPNA raises concerns with Atlanta Beltline Inc.

IPNA has drafted language that we would like to see ABI commit to. It is IPNA's hope that ABI representatives will address these concerns at our next IPNA meeting (9/21).  IPNA also understands the language we have drafted as incorporating all of these concerns and would take ABI's commitment to that language as expressing its commitment to comply with the Ryan Gravel letter.
