Update to Three Robberies

Update to three robberies.
Below is a link to an AJC article about the apprehension on Friday morning of two suspects in the armed robberies that took place in our area on Thursday night/Friday early morning. Again we ask that if you can contribute anything to this case please notify Atlanta police department.

Recent Robberies in Our Area

Just a brief note to advise that a series of three armed robberies were reported on the night of Thursday, June 20th in our area. One happened in Candler Park on McLendon. One occurred on Caroline Street by the Edgewood Retail District, and the third in Inman Park on Euclid near Hurt Street. The police report that the perpetrators were three black males driving a “green or brown box type SUV.” Two of the males were armed with handguns. While we hope that this is a one-off incident, please be super careful and aware of your surroundings, especially at night. Watch out for slow moving vehicles. Lastly, if anyone in the area around Euclid/Hurt has video feed that might have captured some of this, please contact either Inman Park Security or Atlanta police.

Calling All Golf Carts

Calling all golf carts!!

It's time more neighbors got involved in Atlanta's zaniest and most colorful parade. If a float seems like too much to manage this late in the game (apathetic chicken), think about competing in the Neighborhood Golf Cart Contest! Flowers - butterflies - balloons - streamers - skeletons? Anything goes! Just gussy up that golf buggy and give it a whirl!

In addition to the sheer fame and glory of simply being in the Parade, you could win an AMAZING blue ribbon to pass on to your grandchildren.
